Immediate need for an experienced bookkeeper. This role offers a great benefits package including paid holidays, PTO, retirement plan and medical, dental vision insurance. We are small collaborative team and offer a casual work environment. This is a key role on the team and we are looking for someone extremely organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities include:
-Enter, manage, and maintain AP, AR, and PR files in our software system and on paper
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on Past Due accounts via email and phone calls with customers and vendors
- Prep bank deposits
- Maintain bookkeeping filing systems
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll
- Create and present weekly, monthly, quarterly financial, and annual reports by department
- Create and process tax reporting for State and local government - Report quarterly on department budgets
- Track claims for L&I, insurance, accidents, etc.
